Shelley fixed it while I cursed a lot. It was so tender, she just reshaped it and put it back in the oven, lol.

that sucks! Same thing happened to me once, once :lol: it was 3 full cured salmon fillets hot off the smoker, I was unable to put them back together :pow:

lol, it was good (I used the last pack of frozen ground meat we did at Nash's). A recipe from our friend Michael Smith's latest book.
