Dude needs to brush up on his geography. Unless he lives in Labrador he's definitely not north of 49°.

Yeah, I wouldn't do that. But I like the look of the pulled pepper beef recipe. May try that tomorrow.

If I'm not mistaken, Aaron is on here, or at least on the email list. Maybe whislepig? I seem to recall he and Nash debating the no name briquettes on Twitter. And he was definitely in on the Bacon-off at Hart and Thistle.

It's very odd that the photos for the article are of the 'photographer' taking photos for the article

Aaron is a great guy, I haven't tasted his food but I'm sure it's good :cheers2:

Ummm I don't think he's on here, or the listserv but he could be, and so could the pope    He didn't enter the Bacon-Off either. He has posted some cooks on NS4Sale.com, he's LousyRock over there and on twitter @LousyRock :cheers2:

Arrgg! Of course I've come to realize not everyone is a map geek or professional geographer (like me), but some basic geography knowledge is expected. I didn't see that on either of the links posted, but only quickly skimmed them.

He didn't? I was sure I remembered him talking about it on Twitter. Must be mixing him up with someone else. Maybe it was the pope?

Oh we discussed it. I even got him a pork belly when I was in Moncton.... but he didn't make any bacon for the competition. I may have intimidated him with my stunning baconly pork-like greasy manor! Poor lil' fella

Grabbed a big hunk of boneless blade roast today at SS (on sale this week). About 5 lbs. On the KK right now, with some Homebrewchef chocolate ancho rub.
