Arrgg! Of course I've come to realize not everyone is a map geek or professional geographer (like me), but some basic geography knowledge is expected. I didn't see that on either of the links posted, but only quickly skimmed them.

Oh we discussed it. I even got him a pork belly when I was in Moncton.... but he didn't make any bacon for the competition. I may have intimidated him with my stunning baconly pork-like greasy manor! Poor lil' fella

Grabbed a big hunk of boneless blade roast today at SS (on sale this week). About 5 lbs. On the KK right now, with some Homebrewchef chocolate ancho rub.
