Not sure how many of you guys out there are lovers of Jerk but BBQS.com in Ontario just started carrying Pimento Lump Charcoal, chips and leaves

Yeah, I got that e-mail too. Interesting product, but the price is a bit high...
At Alexander Keith's we follow the recipes first developed by the great brewmaster to the absolute letter. :wtf:

Agree, $40 for 9 lbs and only half is actual Pimento. I have though about the leaves and chips though.

Fuck that. The time is now. Ever smoke with hop bines? Go visit the local wineries and steal all their trimmings and dead grape vines too, they make for excellent flavour on meats. Oh, and try smoking with onions too, awesome. Oh and rosemary. And since you have so much oregano that you won't part with you may as well try smoking it too :spilly: :spilly:

I havn't had my car in town for a long while, but i really should load it up with apple wood and oregano for a hoppy tuesday. Once my bro and I get the Jalapeno bacon on the go I'll pop down with some bacon, apple wood and oregano

I wonder what mint would be like... I have an assload of it.
