Hello Brewnosers!
New member here from Maccan, Nova Scotia, just outside of Amherst.
I've been home brewing for about ten years now, somehow never got myself signed up as part of this great community!
Currently in the process of getting a small microbrewery set up in Amherst. It's a big step, and we are more than foolishly excited to take it. The inventive and hands on nature of home brewers is the inspiration behind my decision to try to make a career out of brewing. I'm confident the challenges I face in the near future will
Keep things fun and exciting! I don't doubt the real experts and problem solvers will
Be found within your ranks!
Cheers!

Re: New Member in Maccan/Amherst NS
"Twenty years ago — a time, by the way, that hops such as Simcoe and Citra were already being developed, but weren’t about to find immediate popularity — there wasn’t a brewer on earth who would have gone to the annual Hop Growers of American convention and said, “I’m going to have a beer that we make 4,000 barrels of, one time a year. It flies off the shelf at damn near $20 a six-pack, and you know what it smells like? It smells like your cat ate your weed and then pissed in the Christmas tree.” - Bell’s Brewery Director of Operations John Mallet on the scent of their popular Hopslam.

Mmmmm craft beer in Cumberland County I don't have to brew myself.
Fermenting:
Kegged: DUSELDORF ALTBIER V2 GLUTEN REDUCED,
BOTTLED: CANADIAN LAGER, ENGLISH LAGER, CZECH PILSNER, SASQUATCH IPA.
“A fine beer may be judged with only one sip, but it’s better to be thoroughly sure.” — Bohemian proverb

Welcome
Nova Prime Taproom
Tap 1: Festa Brew Scotch Ale
Tap 2:
"Fill with mingled cream and amber,
I will drain that glass again.
Such hilarious visions clamber
Through the chamber of my brain -
Quaintest thoughts - queerist fancies
Come to life and fade away;
What care I how time advances?
I am drinking ale today." ~ Poe
