Time to join the community

Hey everyone,

I'm Paul and I am currently living in Halifax. I first dipped my toes into home brewing with wine kits about 3 years ago, tried one Festa Brew kit and realized you shouldn't try to ferment beer during the hottest week of summer without a blow off, and I quickly went back to making wine. In the past year I decided to jump headfirst into brewing and bought a couple of books (How to Brew / Designing Great Beers), a big pot and started doing all grain BIAB, the first few attempts came out tasting lighter than rolling rock which was not the intention. Recently I've been brewing mostly one gallon batches of much better beer, just try and learn a little more without having to drink 5 gallons of sub-par beer.

Looking forward to brewing with, learning from, and drinking with everyone here.

Cheers,
Paul
