Just starting out in the home brew world. Currently living in the Windsor area but work and grew up in Dartmouth. Plan on jumping in head first and going with all grain right away. Still working on collecting all my gear to get things going but hopeful I will have my first brew day before the end of the month. I think this is a very helpful and informative forum and I'm sure I will be frequenting here for tips and help. Looking forward to chatting and hearing from some brewnosers in the near future.

Re: New Brewer
Welcome Scotty. Glad to hear you are starting out with all grain out of the gate, it's a lot to take in your first few brews, but after that it gets much lot easier. I'm brewing every Sunday for the next 3 weeks if you are interested in sitting in on a session. I'm located in Lr Sackville and normally mash in around 9:30 if everything goes according to plan.ScottyLill wrote:Hi All,
