I've been all grain brewing for about a year. It's a pretty lonely hobby in my parts. I was excited to find a forum with some local cities. I've been using many forums from the USA and do most of my ordering from there as well (I am close to Maine border). I hope to meet some fellow maritime brewers and perhaps join in on some events.

Lots of brewers from NB on this forum and lots of new breweries opening in SJ, Fred, etc lately. I know Big Strange Brew is happening in NB this weekend, although maybe a little late for you this year but maybe something you can look into next year.

As you aren't TOO far, I'm sure you've heard about the new brewery opening soon in Edmundston. The two brewers are homebrewers as well, great guys.

And to south of you, is Florenceville, where Railcar Brewing is opening soon. Mitch is also a great guy.

Yes, I know Mitch very well, he is married to my mother. I plan to have a few brew sessions with him.

Then I've heard of you! Mitch spoke very highly of you and your brewing when I visited him at the end of May. Looking forward to my next visit up that way, either end of June or early July. Will let you know.
