Hey all! I'm a beginner brewer from St. John's, Newfoundland. I'm starting with 1 gallon batches, currently on my second batch and first custom batch (first batch was a kit). I'm hoping to optimize this recipe before I move on to the next.
Please feel free to suggest anything!
Cheers

Welcome aboard!
There's a vibrant homebrewing community in Sin Jawns (some of whom post here), and whenever I'm over for work (every few months), we try to meet for a pint. I'll keep you in the loop, if you'd like.

Changed my home brewery's name to "Arztbräuhaus" in honour of my profession and my German heritage. Praises and high fives welcome haha. On a more important note, I've now acquired the setup for 5 gallon batches! Any suggestions for cleaning out the ball flange/bazooka tube in a cooler?

Take it apart and boil it maybe in a pot maybe, minimum 15 minutes.
