Hi all, i'm Ian from Halifax. I've been brewing for quite a few years, but have gotten more serious in the past year; I started out with festabrews, then moved on to extract brewing, and now i've finally got around to all grain. Third AG batch under my belt as of today, and so far so good, results wise. Looking forward to learning from everyone! This group has an impressive depth of knowledge.
