Hi Folks,
I'm a fairly new brewer, been cranking out festibrews and playing with additional extract/hops in the wort for a couple years, recently moved on the extract kits, and I'm hoping to be going all grain by next summer. Found this forum though a co-worker and fellow member.
My goals this year is to convert my deep freeze into a fermenter. (Looking for a temp. controller).
