Evening Brewnosers,
Happy to be back in NS. I got into brewing in earnest three or four years ago, great choice to move away from the simple kits and become more immersed in the world of brewing. I have been using a Robobrew for the last year, enjoying it to say the least. I pretty well brew most styles but lean towards wheats, German, and Belgian styles... of course a dark brew is great for those colder seasons.
I enjoy competion brewing, mostly to get feedback, but there's always a good gathering around these events. Hard to say what place competition brewing has for homebrewers in the post-COVID world?
Look forward to engaging the brewing community here in NS!
Cheers,
Shane
