Mike here, I have been brewing beer wine and the occasional "spirit" for about 18 years. lots of kits and lots of tinkering. When I have time i do partial mash kits, when i dont its usually a festabrew that is modified ( dry-hopped, add DME, LME, add a 20 minute hop boil etc) I have been Kegging for 10 years and could never go back. I currently have a BLL clone in keg (for the wife), a blond lager waiting to be chill-filtered and kegged and a nice dark stout in the primary.
