Hi I've been lurking for a while and posting for a month or so i figured this was over due, was making canned brew for a while and just finished my first all grain batch this morning, bought a few sankey keg pots off a member here and was ready to start.
I have interests in keeping this hobby as cheap as i can while making great beer, I'm going to try to get into the group buy fourm next and want to pick up a few different hop plants in the spring.
ill always take advice and criticism and have want to try new things.

Welcome aboard, Tim!
We may have another grain group buy before too long, depending on the schedule of the critical parties involved. Hop plants are a cheap and fun way to get a crack at growing your own ingredients, glad to see you interested.

Welcome! If you're in need of some ingredients I have a surplus from the last buy in July and can part with a bag of grain and a lb of hops to get you through.timoscott wrote:Hi I've been lurking for a while and posting for a month or so i figured this was over due, was making canned brew for a while and just finished my first all grain batch this morning, bought a few sankey keg pots off a member here and was ready to start.

As a note Big Spruce just announced their annual comp. Might be a good opportunity to design your own recipes and get some quality feedback from the judges.
