Last year charmers hosted a learn to brew day, maybe there will be another one this year. I was nice to see , both BIAB and the tiered system.

Thanks for the info Dexter, I'm going to start with the BIAB method. I should have directed the question to Downs, he's less than a 5 min drive. But appreaciate the response none the less.
