Hello from Saint John
Hello all,
Decided to sign up for this forum as I am getting completely addicted to brewing.
I've been brewing for the last year or so, mostly kits and festa brews, but I've normally modified them in some way to get something unique. I am just getting set up to brew my first all grain beer, a cascade IPA, just need to finish building an immersion chiller and I'll be all set.
Right now I have a Belgian dubbel and a Steam Pilsner fermenting, and I recently bottled an IPA, Irish Red and Coffee&Molasses Oatmeal Stout.
Cheers,
Jon
