Newbie from Dartmouth
I've been brewing Festa Brew for about 10 years now but am now slowly getting geared up for all grain brewing. A friend of mine introduced me to his beer and now I'm hooked and can't wait to start. I wish I would of known about this site years ago. Thanks to Jayme for hooking me up with this site and the mash tun! Sorry ahead of time if I ask too many questions.
Cheers,
Mike

Welcome! And the point of our existence is to ask questions, so fire away.

At Alexander Keith's we follow the recipes first developed by the great brewmaster to the absolute letter.

Welcome Dr. Ryan. Nothing wrong with Festabrew beers, except for the fact you didn't totally craft it yourself.

Whoa! I'm not a doctor. Haha! Those are just my initials; though I did get a phone call once asking if I was the Mike Ryan the brain surgeon...boy that person would have been screwed if I said yes!
