Hi there
Just wanted to say hello before I start randomly jumping into threads. My name is Dean and I live in Sackville, NB. I don't brew (yet), but would be best described as a "beer enthusiast". I occasionally get to QC Andy's (akr71 ) brews in Amherst, and commission him to brew me up some brown ales.
cheers.
cheers.

Re: Hi there

"Twenty years ago — a time, by the way, that hops such as Simcoe and Citra were already being developed, but weren’t about to find immediate popularity — there wasn’t a brewer on earth who would have gone to the annual Hop Growers of American convention and said, “I’m going to have a beer that we make 4,000 barrels of, one time a year. It flies off the shelf at damn near $20 a six-pack, and you know what it smells like? It smells like your cat ate your weed and then pissed in the Christmas tree.” - Bell’s Brewery Director of Operations John Mallet on the scent of their popular Hopslam.

At Alexander Keith's we follow the recipes first developed by the great brewmaster to the absolute letter.

Re: Hi there

Glad you stopped by. We're thinking of organizing a trip to the Laudromat in this thread (http://www.brewnosers.org/forums/viewforum.php?f=36" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;).
I know you probably don't need any distractions at work, but should you feel bored, http://www.brewnosers.org/forums/viewto ... f=7&t=1353" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

I'm trying to convince Andy he should cross the marsh and experience Ducky's in all it's splendour.
