I'm fairly new to the brew game with less than 10 batches under my belt to this point but I'm having a blast experimenting with different ingredients to land on what excites my pallet.
I brewed some Festa-Brew kits 15+ years ago but abandoned it quickly citing "to much work". Really it was just laziness as I wasn't really ready to be a HomeBrewer.
Into All grain now with my Brewzilla and I AM HOOKED. I love the process, I love the payoff, and I especially love seeing the improvements knowing that I did that. It's pretty much taken over my life letely
