My name is William and I am an alcoholic. Just kidding.
I am mainly interested in perfecting homemade cider. I have a few batches under my belt and I am slowly working my way through this book: The New Cider Maker's Handbook: A Comprehensive Guide for Craft Producers
I hope I don't offend the beer drinkers. If anyone wants to talk cider, let me know!
