I Believe Introductions are in order...
Although I haven’t posted anything on the board, I have been creeping the forum for a while, so I thought it would be a good idea to finally introduce myself. My handle is “ErictheGreat” my wife calls me “EricthenotsoGreat” (she may be right) so my name is Eric.
I have been brewing with the boys of Brathair Brewing in Hubley for the past year and a half. Started with partials/extract kits, made a couple of Festa Kit to keep production going, and made the switch to all grain 6 months in. Built my kegorator during the summer and now I have 5 taps flowing with beer. Well, I try to keep up with demand….

Welcome Eric! I believe I may have met you at the Garrison comp, however I was fairly intoxicated, so could be wrong.

Re: I Believe Introductions are in order...

"Twenty years ago — a time, by the way, that hops such as Simcoe and Citra were already being developed, but weren’t about to find immediate popularity — there wasn’t a brewer on earth who would have gone to the annual Hop Growers of American convention and said, “I’m going to have a beer that we make 4,000 barrels of, one time a year. It flies off the shelf at damn near $20 a six-pack, and you know what it smells like? It smells like your cat ate your weed and then pissed in the Christmas tree.” - Bell’s Brewery Director of Operations John Mallet on the scent of their popular Hopslam.

We did meet at the Garrison Comp and had a drunken discussion on how to solve world hunger....but I was drunk and forgot our solution. Do you remember what we came up with?

I think he may be thinking I was someone else, I still don't recall the answer or conversation. I recall most of the night at Garrison. However the cab ride after Stillwell's was foggy.jacinthebox wrote:ErictheGreat wrote:Keith wrote:Welcome Eric!
