Not sure if I'll be able to clean up the code myself or not. PHP isn't something I know - I'm likely going to try to revert back to the old setup, or see if one of our knowledgeable PHP friends wants to take a look at the file edits to see if they know what's going on.

Woot! I was trying to upload images yesterday while downloading the latest Oracle database. On a pretty slow link. So I guess I just couldn't get enough bandwidth to upload at the time.

So now I see pretty well everything working.

Until Jimmy removes his code and I stop being logged in again...

Any progress, or are you working on a new house instead of this more important stuff? :-)

Yeah I'll ping you later about it, I'll probably need access to the server if I need to get down and dirty but if it's a matter of just getting the plugin right then maybe not.

Well I just updated to the new iOS tapatalk app and links aren't active/clickable for me either. I am happy to help with the PHP as well.

I've noticed this with this forum before, the url=url_in_quotes normal_text /url doesn't work. That's browsing normal, with a desktop browser. However, that style url is working in the tapatalk plugin that's installed right now, I'm using the old client on my phone btw.

That one is good in web browser view but tapatalk is all kinds of fucked up, puts the /url before. It might be a regular expression bug in the plugin... I'll be taking a look at it.

Wow, fuck those guys... (tapatalk and phpBB).

It should be fixed now. I wasted fucking hours on this. Tapatalk bug btw, and they can do their own fix. I had to figure out how everything works inside phpBB then tapatalk to track it down. phpbb takes all bbcode, translates it into html for your browser. That's just fine. Tapatalk parses the html and translates it BACK to fucking bbcode - the app must handle bbcode and not html. Fucked up. Anyways, some dipshit broke url tags.

Actually, come to think of it, the tapatalk plugin translates it back and forth.... like I said, fuck those guys... arrgh. Let me know if something's still broke.
