London, Prague and Berlin

Hi,
I'm going on a trip this month to London, Prague and Berlin with my brother. I am wondering if some of you can give me tips or recommendations from someone who's been there on which beers I should try while I'm down there. I saw that I will be in Prague during their beer festival!
Also, is it worth it to take the train and go for a day in Pilsen, Czech Republic?
