Any one think this would be a good idea a place where extract brewers and new brewers can brew there own all grain batch try different recipes and not have the cost of all the big equipment. And a place for home brewers to get all beer related stuff for the maritimes

I've looked into this fairly extensively and there are two big issues: there is a lot of legal red tape, and it's not very cost effective. Much harder to do than your typical ferment-on-premise with kits.
