Samuel Smith's Oatmeal Stout

Post by BBrianBoogie » Mon Nov 15, 2010 8:06 pm

You know those beers you thought were the cat's ass at one point, but you've kind of outgrown after trying a ton of other beers of a similar style? Yeah, this is definitely not one of those beers. Sipping on one for the first time in awhile, goddamn this is just a great beer. Nice to be reminded every so often.

Yep, one of my favourites. Where can I find it locally?

Harvest Wines (formerly Vinart) which is now next to Clearwater on the Bedford highway is carrying it again, along with a few other tasty things no one else carries.

I will have to check it out this weekend. I didn't even know that place existed!

It used to be up by Noble Grape/Home Depot in Bayer's Lake. They moved in the summer I think it was.
