In La Torta Wolfville tonight. This guy has figured it out! I forget his name just now (just kidding) but it's rare I have a good beer when I am out. Looks good and tastes awesome. Went to a restaurant before and finally learnt what astringency tastes like. My cheeks will be puckered for ever I think. We were served by a hipster who raved about the beer because it was "unfiltered" (not Nash's, it was from Quebec). I so much want to be a hipster. I could be king of the hipsters, but 2 problems ... 1) I don't like Blundstones and 2) Kathleen says I know bugger all about music, maybe 3) I don't want a beard, and maybe 4) my dress sense is a bit questionable. All the same I might give it a shot.

BTW, the profits from this beer go to Down's syndrome. Yeah Yeah Man! Is that hipster speak? I'm learning here. Help me! Where's my bow tie?

This is what craft beer is about. Yeah Yeah Man!!!!

Second picture is my "Bunnies" I finished my pint and she wasn't far behind.

That is awesome! I wish I was closer. Then I would go there and buy some just to support a worthy cause...the bonus would be having a great beer at the same time.

Chalmers got me a few bottles and I got them on Tuesday at the BN meeting. Thanks again Chris.

Great beer and the fact the profit goes to a cause is even better.
