The Thirsty Traveler

Post by mr x » Sat Jul 02, 2011 8:39 pm

There's days when I really feel like writing some pointed remarks to these kinds of people:

Image
Q: Tell me a little about your new project
A: Projects like this have so much great history in the idea that they’re taking their collective history, the archives, and trying to assemble them and use them for good. They’re trying to bring everything together, which was really Labatt’s idea at finding this stuff and exposing it…The decision was made to collect it and try and identify it and give it somewhere where it can be used again, which I think is really valuable. And it tells the story of Canada, our brewing heritage and a good company.
If you want to get into some wheat beers, like Keith’s has a new beer coming out.
bah...

At Alexander Keith's we follow the recipes first developed by the great brewmaster to the absolute letter. :wtf:

I liked that show, but from the interview, this guy is a knob. Too bad.

One would hope that he could at least spell traveller correctly.

Was wondering when we'd see the first use of that emoticon. :)

+1 I've watched all of the Thirsty Traveler shows, but if he's just taking Labatt's money (and most likely their script) and not treating a show about beer and beer culture seriously, well then :moon:
