At the store and Bishop's Cellar when they have stock.

I expected a lot more f-bombs in that reply. :NASH:
I was also expecting more f-bombs to that answer. I really like the thought of getting some DOA and not having to drink it all at once. I may have to make a trip to Halifax this weekend
Sorry, I missed this somehow. Hope you got some cans, they're tasty yet dangerous little fuckers!

connector to a sensor got wet and the internal breaker in the PLC tripped. No way to tell this. Tech pulled wiring harness till the PLC booted. The new sensor is hard wired, with no external connector.

Damn Sandman - I now see why it was a long day lol. I have my suspicions moving a canning line like that around all the time is really going to drive up the maintenance cost, though that mostly sounds like a design flaw.

Are the bottles of Commisar the same batch as last winter, or a new one? Just noticing they have the same 2/17 on the label.

Same batch. I'll be releasing new batches of the RIS every other year, with other stuff coming on the odd years between. This winter it's an Imperial Brown Ale aged on Spanish Cedar.

I think there were 15 or 20 cans left in the fridge. Bishop's may also have a few left if you miss them at the brewery.

I'll take an educated guess at about another month to have enough product on hand to package.

Check with Bishops?

might have to pick up some sour motherfucker for my wife while I’m there. How sweet is it? She’s been shying away from the sweeter sour beers lately.

Had it on tap at CharmSchool on the weekend. This iteration is not sweet at all, to my taste buds.

It's about 2.35% sugar, and certainly wouldn't be perceived as sweet
