Hey everyone,
I'm going to be in Tampa, FL in February for work and am wondering if anyone has any suggestions for some good beer bars in the area. I won't have a whole lot of personal time while I'm there and would rather spend what time I have at a bar with a good selection of craft beers. Any suggestions are much appreciated!
Thanks,
Craig

Beer is in the running for the healthiest of all alcoholic beverages. It has antibiotic, antimicrobial, and antifungal properties. It has been proven that drinking up to 3 beers a day decreases your risk of heart disease by around 30% and it also lowers your risk of getting diseases like diabetes. Beer is also chock full of important vitamins and minerals that you need to survive.

Cigar City Brewery and The Cigar City Brewpub are both in Tampa. We went there and it was fantastic!

Thanks! I've read that Cigar City is a must. Apparently they have a Cigar City Cafe in the airport so if I can't make it to the brewery I'll certainly pop in while I'm at the airport.

Wish I were there now. Good brew to be had just about everywhere. I went to Beer World in Largo and they had a great selection.

I went to a Tampa football game last year, spent a few hours at World of Beer that weekend. I think there are a few locations around Tampa and I believe it is a larger chain, but the one I was at in South Tampa had a lot of craft beer on tap. If my memory serves me correctly, I recall the scenery was pretty nice as well.
Agreed on Cigar City, cool place in a cool neighborhood.
