This was a great event. I thought I'd start a thread for discussion and pics.
Chris, Tim and John took pics.
I hope the after party folks are recovering nicely.

I heard they would be in the Herald sometime this week.

Are all the award winners listed anywhere yet? Curious how it all panned out! I had a great time judging. Hopefully the awards ceremony was a success - I had intended to check it out, but with the weather and my laziness, I did not make it out.
Big thanks to Chris for really making the whole thing a success!
Also, anyone go to the dinner afterwards?
Edit: looks like Derek already answered the winners list question.

A big congrats to Nash and Jeff, very well done gents!!!!
I find it really odd that the results haven't been posted yet. For us breweries that couldn't make it to the Gala, we're totally in the dark.

Todd the Beer Dude congratulated gold winners in his Twitter feed (
https://twitter.com/ToddtheBeerDude" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;) but didn't mention categories. Don't know if that was all of them or not. Agreed that it's odd to not post a list of winners in short order.

Nice to see some love being spread around amongst many of the region's brewpubs/breweries. I'm glad to see the Roost on there a couple of times, and a gold for my personal fave, U-889. Has the public-voted award been announced?

The public fave was awarded to Big Spruce's Cereal Killer.

Speaking of u-889, why is that in experimental?

Nice to see the BAB/Delta Force Cucumber Mint score a bronze! I was a bit nervous having not tasted it.

Vanilla and coffee beans were special ingredients. It wouldn't have belonged in the Imperial Stout category.
