Leaking Secondary Regulator
Anybody ever have issues with a leaking secondary regulator? I did the soap and water test and noticed gas coming from the small hole on the front of the plastic regulator body. I’m assuming the hole is there to relieve pressure within the body if the guts of the regulator are leaking. So this probably means there’s an issue with the regulator and it needs to be taken apart to either rebuild or reseat something. Any thoughts or suggestions before I start taking the thing apart?

I think you are on the right track.

To build on this, has anyone heard or the gas fitting for balllocks leaking? I just had my 5 lbs tank empty itself, and the only loose connection I can find was the fitting itself.......

nothing, enjoying west coast beers while I'm based in northern BC

That's typically the post o-ring on the gas post. It just needs replaced in most cases.BasilD wrote:To build on this, has anyone heard or the gas fitting for balllocks leaking? I just had my 5 lbs tank empty itself, and the only loose connection I can find was the fitting itself.......
