This is now available at the specialty stores. I called and confirmed Cristall in Bedford has 72 bottles @ $4.99 ea.

Hello Summer!
After a seemingly never ending winter and a very short spring Summer's hit us hard and fast. Every day seems like it's a hot humid inferno, and we want nothing more than to kick back on our favourite patio and sip a few pints of some refreshing craft beer.
They seem scarce, though. Those imminently sippable, fresh, cool, and lighter tasting beers are not always available at your favourite craft beer tap.
Enter Sessionista.
The first thing you notice is an intense malt aroma reminiscent of an English Bitter, surrounded by a floral whiff of lemon blossoms and orange. Then some roasty malt notes on the palate followed by a pithy lemon-lime finish. Not too bitter, not too heavy, just right for summer at 3.5% ABV, yet so full of flavour you'd swear that it was more.
Available for a very limited run in 650 ml bottles at Bishop's Cellar, Premier Wine & Spirits, Harvest Wines and Cristall Wine Merchants. It will also be available in one litre growlers every Saturday at the Halifax Seaport Market, and the Shelburne Farmers' Market, (while supplies last) and in our own brewery store in Shelburne.
Look for it at your favourite craft beer locations. You might also find it at Stillwell Beer Bar, The Stubborn Goat, The Lion & Bright Cafe and others. - See more at:

I got 1L from the market this morning. Looking forward to it. Sounds like a hoppy English mild, based on description and some comments from the guy at Propeller this morning.

I thought this one was OK, not outstanding. The bitterness was firm but harsher than I like for a session ale and bordered on a touch of astringency. I liked the malt character and the hop flavours but probably wouldn't have more than a glass at a sitting.

I agree, I had two at Stillwell last night, and found the same problem as with Uncle Leo's IPA. Lingering harshness/astringency. Needs a little work before I'd buy it again.

Uncle Leo's fixed THE STINGER long ago, unless he's decided to bring back!

It was on tap at sw when I left last night. Somebody else try it, see what you all think.

Tried it last night and wasn't really a fan. Like others have said, something seemed off with the bitterness on the back end..astringent or something.

I'll call it a miss too. Almost oily bitterness. I wish they'd try a real English Mild or even a more traditional English Bitter.

I'm wondering if it's a water issue. Seems close to a mild otherwise.

I had some tonight with Jamie and Andrew. Very floral. I think it's a bit too bitter as well but I wouldn't call it astringent like other astringent beers I've had. I felt it a bit smoother after knocking some of the CO2 out.

I'm in love with this beer, personally. Had a night off and put three pints in a row away and loved every bit!

LD was kind enough to split a bottle with me, I didn't get the oily bitterness described above. I did get a dry character, unsure exactly where it was coming from. It grew on me as I drank it. I could see buying more of this.

Had it at stillwell last night.. It is a nice beer but the finish was astringent and almost tacky like chewing pine needles to me.

That was my assessment as well, good malt and abv., but harsh.
Sounds like a batch to batch issue, as that characteristic would have been hard for the others to miss IMHO.

Exactly how I found it. The inital flavor was pretty good..just the finish was bad.

Hmm, I wonder if it's a carb issue, with draft vs. bottles seeming to have different characteristics?
