I got extremely carried away last night and was pounding back the beers. I'm in need for a hang over cure.

I mix an Alka-Seltzer (it cures everything), and also try to drink way more water than I actually feel like drinking.
I do my best not to over-indulge these days, but I find lots of water during the evening and before I sleep usually makes the morning more bearable.

A Donair.
Make 5lbs of it and you should be good for a few nights of drinking.

Gatorade lemon lime, monster energy drink, and a large pizza. If that doesn't help, add some tylenol to the mix.

Nash swears by some kind of product. I can't remember if it was yeast based or some kind of B vitamin...

I don't believe much in hangover cures, but I do believe in chugging a tall glass of water between each beer and popping an Advil (NOT Tylenol or any acetaminophen as this shit attacks your liver, which needs a break instead of more poison!!) before going to bed after a few drinks. I understand this might not be of any help for you right now, but give it a try next time!

Water during the evening and plenty of water before bed - works all the time.

I've been a fan of vitamin B complex and one water per beer for years. I rarely drink enough now for the need to mop up extra booze at the end of the night, but I've grabbed some activated charcoal capsules from Shoppers, just to give it a whirl.
Just water. While drinking is best. Greasy food is good too

I don't have a cure but some things can help!
Brewer's yeast, one of the richest natural sources of vitamin B complex on the planet, eat it! I eat it all the time, it's good for ya. The only way to get B complex levels back into your system faster is intravenously. A tbsp (in a glass of juice) helps energy levels in 20 - 30 mins. Some more common sense stuff from Papazian's book to do after eating some yeast; re-hydrate, give yourself a good scrub-down in a hot shower to open the pours and release toxins, food - you need some food in there, and exercise for a little metabolism boost and brain-juice production
PS everyone: The way I'm reading it this is a cure thread, not prevention

Greg, do you eat Marmite? Probably not, it’s an English thing. The English are fed it starting right from when they first eat at 6 months of age, and they are all hooked on it. Any way, it’s a brewers yeast extract and very high in B vitamins. You might like it, but it’s an acquired taste. Once you are hooked you are hooked. It’s supposed to be good for hangovers and if you eat it, it keeps mosquitos away.
I saw a vitamin B patch on Dragon’s Den once that was being sold in Home Hardware as a hangover cure and mosquito repellant. Did anyone ever try that? The pitch was you get much higher blood levels of B vitamins from a patch and it was really effective.
Video on marmite production from brewer's yeast in Burton on Trent.

The best used to be Sundays when I would go to Latin Brunch and have spicy breakfast and then go play soccer. Re-hydrate and then burn of booze.

I have eaten Marmite, it's good once you've acclimatized to it. It's the sort of flavour you want in cellared Barley wines and RISs. I eat a load of brewer's yeast daily, in pill format as well as slurry in the brewery. Last time I was at an outdoor party mosquitoes didn't come near me but everyone else was screaming bloody murder. I never heard about that patch though

Interesting to know re: Brewer's yeast and mosquitos. I'll have to start loading up so that I don't get carried away when at the in-law's in Amherst Point during the summer.
