Wow! That Keith's Single Hop is really something MAGICAL!

See, the CGI says so! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8YhLsZDYPgs" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; :)

Seriously though. They're spending some cash on this, eh?

Also: I might get beaten up for it, but I actually don't mind the two I have tried so far. The cascade has a very thin body, and I would much rather have an actual micro (especially since Hop Yard and Propeller IPA are actually cheaper!), but it has a noticeable hop aroma and flavour. I've enjoyed these out of the bottle when given to me by friends, and I suspect that they might be a segway product for mainstream beer drinkers.

This is interesting. They've obviously focus grouped this to death before dropping all this cash. This seems to be telling me that they know that there's a large potential market waiting or which is about to emerge for quality beer. That encouraging. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IbnlC8T33Ws" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Was in NSLC on the weekend and they had a blind taste test set up with both of the single hop brews. They had a small jar of (kinda stale) hops for you to smell, then you drank an unlabeled sample of brew and tried to identify the hop used.

It was kind of fun, except for the beer.

Kinda looking forward to trying it when it hits the shelves at the liquor store here.

If they made a good beer they wouldn't need to answer questions, or create a mobile brewery, or even do any marketing.
On Tap:
Falconers Galaxy IPA
Simcoe SMaSH
Topaz SMaSH
Cranberry Rye Saison
Monde Souterrain (Dark Saison)

I honestly don't mind this beer. I was expecting complete swill judging by other comments and was pleasantly surprised.

I love swill. I can go from a light American can of swill and follow that with an Arrogant Bastard and back again. All beer deserves a liver to go through. :lol:

You can put lipstick on a pig but it's still a pig. Not a fan.
