New Brewery in Pictou County?

Post by jtmwhyte » Wed May 08, 2013 8:05 pm

My wife and I were just driving through Lyon's Brook (just outside Pictou) and she pointed out that there was a sign on a building that said "Uncle (She didn't catch the name)'s Brewery" - Opening Soon. Thoughts or insights?
Nova Prime Taproom
Tap 1: Festa Brew Scotch Ale
Tap 2:
"Fill with mingled cream and amber,
I will drain that glass again.
Such hilarious visions clamber
Through the chamber of my brain -
Quaintest thoughts - queerist fancies
Come to life and fade away;
What care I how time advances?
I am drinking ale today." ~ Poe

Uncle Leo's. There's a thread about it here somewhere I think. Whiffens.
At Alexander Keith's we follow the recipes first developed by the great brewmaster to the absolute letter. :wtf:

No, and NO
It's Uncle Leo's Brewery, and they have no connection whatsoever with The New Scotland Brewery.
They have a sign out front, saying they are opening soon.
