They've been around for a couple of years, kind of a side project of Noble. I think they were trying to get a piece of the online market.

They are...in fact...The NG - just a different online facet...and prices are good, they pretty well get anything - and maybe one of the reasons why Everwood tossed the towel - oh...Amazon & AliExpress threw a f¨uck into flying things I am sure.
