Sea Level Crossing Muddy Waters Brown Ale

It's their seasonal this month. I picked a couple up at Crytall & Lucket in Bedford yesterday. This brew is awesome.
There's a solid presence of malt, not sweet, or estery. I don't know if it's brown malt or chocolate malt that's giving the beer it's distinct flavour. Has anyone else tried it? I'd love to brew something similar.
