This is the best new idea for a brewery I've heard in a long time. I can't wait to hear what the beer names are (they had better be on theme).
Good luck, Jamie.

"Twenty years ago — a time, by the way, that hops such as Simcoe and Citra were already being developed, but weren’t about to find immediate popularity — there wasn’t a brewer on earth who would have gone to the annual Hop Growers of American convention and said, “I’m going to have a beer that we make 4,000 barrels of, one time a year. It flies off the shelf at damn near $20 a six-pack, and you know what it smells like? It smells like your cat ate your weed and then pissed in the Christmas tree.” - Bell’s Brewery Director of Operations John Mallet on the scent of their popular Hopslam.

The Monde Souterrain (Dark Saison) sounds like two of my favourite things. Would you mind describing it and the origin of the name?

Congrats! Awesome combo - craft beer and arcade games. Any chance it will be open by Feb 15-20? I am in Calgary and would be great to stop by. If not, will let my brother-in-law who is a permanent resident know about it.

FYI to anyone in, or traveling to, Calgary. Revival Brewcade is now open! I was in this past Friday, and was very happy with both Revival beers (IPA especially) and the great selection of games! Spent many a token on Cruisin' World.

Thanks RobD for coming by. We underestimated the beer sales, and still getting the nano in place. Hopefully have more of our beer on tap in end August / Sept.
