Thats exciting stuff!
I was there last week because a friend was doing open mic. Im hoping that before i leave the new system is up and running.
Nash, do you plan to keep a steady lineup of beers like they have now, or keep things mixed up like at the hart & thistle?

Both. I'll have either 3 or 4 mainstays and a couple rotating seasonal/specialty [
hop-bomb] brews

Gotta hide the flaws somehow. Those yeasty, malty, delicious flaws.

There's been a slight hiccup!
The boys installed the wrong floor drains! They were unacceptable so they are in there cutting out the cement floors (again), removing the drains and installing the proper ones. That's going to hold us up for about a week or so before we can resume building the brewery. So we left the system on the truck and sent it across town to storage until the floors are done

How much will it cost for you to tell me the address of the storage? We've got a week, we could push a low-grav pale ale through that beast, right?
