Hop cheese

Well, it isn't really
beer related, but it might taste good with beer.
Packed with my own 'wet' Centennial. They were frozen, but AFAIAC, they are still wet.

Well, we served up prehistoric size portions at last Tuesday night. Here's some leftovers being re-hopped.
