Some fans of the Keith’s brand said the fact it is brewed here in Nova Scotia is one of its best features in markets across Canada.
Shiner said that may be the case, except Labatt Breweries has since 1996 established the Keith’s name as a premium brand across the country, mostly through a decision to get the brand into pubs and on tap, where the product now enjoys a prestigious "craft brew" reputation in many new markets.
