What's everyone drinking?

SAAZ RIS, somehow we ended up with an extra 60+ liters after our contribution to the barrel, so we fermented the rest with T58 and San Diego Super yeast.

I'm drinking the T-58 one. Wasn't a fan at fist, but 6 months later, I'm enjoying this one.

I haven't tried the t58 in a while. I'm glad to hear it has improved. Im looking forward to cracking a bottle now.

Just had one I bottled up from the runoff from my belgian dark ...and altho lighter (5%), its sooome tasty:... its gonna be a long wait for the main batch to age! Tried that one last week, and its got a ways to go yet:(

Having some homebrew APA. Had over carbed it, but disconnected the gas and burped it once or twice over last couple days and it has come down to perfect. Perlicks now working great!

It was originally supposed to be a brown until I realized I over-clocked the roasted barley. On the plus side, I came up with a decent porter imo

Glad you got to use it, Hogie! I didn't think to offer it to you, so good call on that. I assuming you didn't pay the fee, right? I'll do that next time I'm in (or else just take my mug, I'm drinking at Marky's and the Tide and Boar these days).
