Having some of my oak aged, whiskey infused, winter warmer. I really like the way this beer has come around in the past few months.

The first of my small batch AG efforts. North Star Pale Ale (polaris single hop) and classic dry stout made with challenger hops.

Tap 1: Festa Brew Scotch Ale
Tap 2:
"Fill with mingled cream and amber,
I will drain that glass again.
Such hilarious visions clamber
Through the chamber of my brain -
Quaintest thoughts - queerist fancies
Come to life and fade away;
What care I how time advances?
I am drinking ale today." ~ Poe

Having one of the last pints of my Nelson Sauvin Pale Ale after working on renos all day. I have a feeling a few more pints will follow during tonite's UFC event.

I've learned my lesson the hard way about drinking while doing renos a couple times (can you say wasted materials). I just wait till after now.

I did, but with a two year old tearing around the house, I'm not watching them till the replay at 9, after he's in bed.

Thanks for the heads up. I recorded the first showing so I don't have to deal with commercials.

A quick stop at a local place ended up being a little bit longer.

Runway Ferry Smoked Imparial IPA
Macfannybaw Barrel Aged Rauchbier from Against the Grain (really, stop by the pub in Lousville if you are in the area in KY)
Green Flash Treasure Chest Belgian PA which was awesome.
Harpoon Leviathan Czernobog, which is the best one I have had in the series
Allagash Interlude, which was also very tasty.
