Soo I take it that nobody is going to the bottom tonight for a brew, given tomorrow's event at H&T?

Are the old ones going to end up on Kijiji or in our Classifieds section?

So what's on tap down there right now, other than the regulars? Heading down with Becky and a couple friends tonight after supper :cheers2:

Edit: Looks like the Hasukappu Weisse and Saison Harvest..is that still the case or is the RB website out of date?

[The following was written yesterday at the end of my shift, and then in great genius I just walked away without hitting submit... awesome.]

Hey folks.
This Saturday is Alicia's Birthday party and we're having it at Rockbottom!
Greg has [put up with my shit for the last week and] agreed to [save my hide and] name the Firkin after Alicia.
What a swell guy.

The firkin will be tapped at 4pm which is later than usual. Sorry for the late notice. [Now even later...]
If anybody can show up and join in on some singing there will be cake involved, and of course lots of beer.
Hope to see some faces out there!

[Fuck... Awesome guy Andyv gives like 24 hour notice to a firkin event. Greg I clearly owe you a couple beer for this.]

So let me get this straight...Greg is taping Alicia at 4pm tomorrow while we sing and eat cake? :rockin: :chug:
"Twenty years ago — a time, by the way, that hops such as Simcoe and Citra were already being developed, but weren’t about to find immediate popularity — there wasn’t a brewer on earth who would have gone to the annual Hop Growers of American convention and said, “I’m going to have a beer that we make 4,000 barrels of, one time a year. It flies off the shelf at damn near $20 a six-pack, and you know what it smells like? It smells like your cat ate your weed and then pissed in the Christmas tree.” - Bell’s Brewery Director of Operations John Mallet on the scent of their popular Hopslam.

do we have to get in line to see Alicia getting tapped, or do we stand around in a circle?

Bah ha ha!

Who's coming over for a brew? Andy's going to need help singing to the lady!

The Firkin cask 'Alicia' will be something with hops and alcohol in it, just the way she likes 'em!
