Currently having a Lagunitas IPA, it's an excellent IPA. I haven't had anything from Lagunitas yet that I haven't enjoyed!

I've been in St. John's for a few days.

Wednesday: Piatto: Peroni while I ate a wicked pie. And then Yellowbelly: Chocolate Porter, Pale Ale. Both quite good.
Thursday: Rickards Oakhouse Winter Lager. Crappy.

Bringing home a couple of bottles from Frank: YB Red Ginger, and Cigar City Marshal Zhukov's Imperial Stout. Thanks buddy!

I didn't care for that whatsoever either. It should be called Outhouse instead!

Last night I had my homebrewed clone of Stone's Vertical Epic 090909...a day late from their final release in this series.

Had a Fathom IPA and Balticus down at RB. Don't think I have time to both wash bottles and then bottle my Coffee Stout so that won't get bottled until tomorrow. Probably some Propeller product at the party I'm hitting later.

Currently having a Spearhead Hawaiian Pale Ale. I wasn't sure what to think of this one before I opened it but was very pleasantly surprised. I am enjoying it quite a bit.

The Doppelbock at the Pumphouse is pretty tasty. Or maybe that's the steak talking? :)

I'm having something a little different than beer tonight and sipping on a small glass of 25 year old Rum.

I really liked it but it was too chocolaty for a doppelbock in my books. It also lacked in the melanoidens department. I enjoyed it but I would caution people to expect a Schwartz.

The only Schwartz I know is from Spaceballs.

RB SOB is a keeper. It should be a regular.

Yeah the sob should be a regular.

I was able to use the $40 groupon without any issues.

Started with the New Belgium Belco, still Anita's favorite Belgian IPA, just that great citrus hop finish. :rockin:

Followed that up with a Phillips Electric Unicorn White IPA. Very nice, lots of orange peel in the nose and mid-taste. Should have done them the other way around though.
