I am looking forward to that for sure!

Are you still on track to have them on tap by the weekend after this? I will be in the city this weekend and I was hoping to get a taste but it looks like I will have to head to the H&T for a pint of armpit sweat. :D
Beer launch is Monday December 5th as I posted here but it's buried in the thread now   Wish I had them on tap by now but that's a no go, not sure what my schedule is over the weekend but if i am around you could likely score a taste or two for sure. I anticipate being out of commission on Saturday due to Friday night scheduled event that could involve the giant beer drinking challenge of the century, and I aim to win!! Ain't gonna let no damn redneck drinkers take me down :spilly:

I hope that takes off. Me thinks $$$ and response will closely related on this one.

These are the nuts you must make. They are more addictive than heroin.

I'm not planning on doing anything to the nuts off the hop but will certainly look at that down the road to switch it up and make them ours

I added the bottled beers to compliment and round out the overall selection for the geeks among us. Might be nice to try a Flanders Brown or a Rauchbier after a house brewed stout or DIPA, or it'd be fun to do a side by side of a classic with a same-style house brewed one. My beers will always be a lot cheaper but bottle prices will be pretty reasonable considering what they cost here. We're not looking for the standard 30% liquor cost, most of them will be more in the 50% to 75% cost range :cheers2:

What? You're going to be drinking Keith's? Or even worse, Bud? Beer drinking challenges with rednecks just don't seem worth the effort.

I for two (Marta's coming) aim to be at the Rockbottom for lunch on Monday.
Currently on tap: Whiter Shade of Pale!
In keg: .
In Primary: Nothing

No, I'm going to be drinking a dozen or more huge Russian Imperial Stouts!  Still not letting the rednecks take me down!

I'll likely be there working away in the brewhouse Monday lunch but I hope to see you and have time for a chat. Most likely I'll be hanging for a few beers around 6pm and after if any of you are coming out :cheers2:

Oh the DIPA is completely fermented out alrighty! I had to cover the flaws in that one with hops!

I'm not so sure about there being a lineup out the door but hopefully there will be a few people around. I'll be there, and to any of you that do make it out, the support is greatly appreciated as always :cheers2:

I may drop by after work with the wife and baby...

I'll assume the food menu will be as good as the drink menu!

Been there. Done that. I asked this uncouth-looking fellow I spied at the bar if they had any good beer. He said, no (or more probably "Fuck, no.") and directed me to a brewery down the road...

Nice lunch, better beer :-)

I've run into that surly guy down on the waterfront. Is he up on Spring Garden too?

Just has the "regular" IPA.

Nice.

I'll look for a double next.
