Greg - is it true that Rockbottom will be at the Seaport beer fest?

Yes they will. Did somebody tell you the Seaport Fest folks were lying again?

And yes, Gahan / PEI Brewing makes the wort for Pilot House. Yes they pay DME. DME does NOT make wort or beer.

Also, I won't be brewing 14 x per week because I work at Rockbottom Brewpub. Rock Bottom Brewery is some other unknown, unaffiliated business that I'm not aware of in this town or country but best of luck to them

Thanks for the great creation! I'm excited for the doctored up red to get on tap. It was also good to hear of your upcoming endeavours in brewing. Lots of exciting beers to come.
Brewing right now: whatever is going on tap at Stillwell in a few weeks.

Hey Ben, it was nice to meet you yesterday. Sorry it was so brief, but I was already half in the bag and had to run to get some eats in my belly.

Yes - don't worry about the rush, I'm sure there will be more opportunities!

That's good that you will be there. Seaport people didn't say anything to me, but Jeff was telling me that there may not be any NS craft brewers there other than Garrison, which would have been rather silly for a Hali beer fest. Stephen Beaumont is coming to town as a guest speaker for the fest and he told us he wants to try to taste all the NS craft beers, but we warned him he wouldn't be able to do that at Seaport. So, he'll be happy that you are there. As you know, he enjoys your suds.

That makes sense about the relationship between PEIBC/Pilot House/DME. I know DME has a brewery but it is a teeny pilot thing, I think 50 or 100 litres maybe, too small to make beer commercially if Pilot House is selling much at all. They should sell the system it to a nanobrewer if they aren't using it!

I didn't know there was a Rock Bottom Brewery AND a Rockbottom Brewpub. Thx for clarifying. I guess those addresses around NS must have been potential locations they were investigating? Weird.

If I'm listed on 'the site' as attending it's incorrect :cheers2:

Hell Bay and Rogue's Roost will be there. No idea about Sea Level. I'm sure Propeller won't be there.

At Alexander Keith's we follow the recipes first developed by the great brewmaster to the absolute letter. :wtf:

Any one going tonight? I'm keen to try the mangled and black IPA (if it's still on).

That was a waste if time. I went in and was greeted by excruciatingly loud music. I left without trying any beer. I went to Rogue's for the evening and noticed another group from Rockbottom followed me.

If I want that kind of juvenile experience I'll go to the Liquor Dome or the Lower Deck.

Yeah, I was in one day last month, and Marta and the folks from her office had already complained about the music. It was OK by the time I got there. I've never had a problem, but then I usually get there pretty early if I get there.
Currently on tap: Whiter Shade of Pale!

In Primary: Nothing
