Did you use any adjuncts in the cream ale?

Pretty sure I used Flaked Maise as per recipe requirements, but can't find the recipe just now.

Hows the cider? I don't think I have ever had an aged cider.

Its good. Its dry, but has lost some of its tartness over time, tho' still holding up. I hope to make some more this year. The best stuff I ever made, I bottle carbed with more cider, the stuff I have left was carbed with sugar.

I'll bring some to Jeff's Saturday.

Currently having a Moylans Moylander Double IPA. A nice copper colour and with aromas of caramel and pine. Taste is also on the caramel/pine side with lots of hoppy goodness. A very solid DIPA IMO. I've yet to have a Moylans beer that I haven't liked.

1 bomber of Rogue Dead Guy Ale & 1 bomber of Rogue Chocolate Stout.. loved the Dead Guy Ale...found it very balanced with a nice solid hop flavoring and bitterness but not overpowering. The chocolate stout was also good, perfect for a desert beer. When you're not in the mood for Spanish Coffee... this is for you.

Doing a side by side of my spruced IPA vs the naturally fermented Spruced IPA tonight.

So far the NF is bit more softer in flavour and of course less hoppy (wasn't dry hopped) and I am getting a bit more of the spruce taste out of the pitched yeast version.

I will bring a couple of bottles of the NF Spruced IPA to the next meeting I make.

A Saison - the first I've ever made. It needs some more time to carb but I'm getting some nice spicy character from the yeast. With a little tweaking, it could easily make it into regular rotation.

I had a Six Point Sweet Action, and a Goose Island Summertime... and now I'm watching Romney and Obama go at it and thinking I should have had something stronger.

I'm crushing some homebrew pale ale tonight watching MLB playoffs and UFC fight night. :cheers3:
"Twenty years ago — a time, by the way, that hops such as Simcoe and Citra were already being developed, but weren’t about to find immediate popularity — there wasn’t a brewer on earth who would have gone to the annual Hop Growers of American convention and said, “I’m going to have a beer that we make 4,000 barrels of, one time a year. It flies off the shelf at damn near $20 a six-pack, and you know what it smells like? It smells like your cat ate your weed and then pissed in the Christmas tree.” - Bell’s Brewery Director of Operations John Mallet on the scent of their popular Hopslam.
