Garrison IIPA. Last few have been awesome (got them fresh and kept them cold).

I will drain that glass again.
Such hilarious visions clamber

What care I how time advances?
I am drinking ale today." ~ Poe

Whoops, didn't have any Irish beer around this evening. I suppose a stout brewed at the corner of Dublin and Cork is just as good though!

Enjoying: Black Sheep (Dark Farmhouse with Brett)
Fermenting: NZ Pale Ale, Orval Clone, Berliner Weisse, Brett APA
Planning: Old Rasputin Clone

Re: What's everyone drinking?
Myrcene de Glacé from Glutenburgs gastronomic series. Was way too sweet on its own. Like drinking a pint glass of ice wine. Started eating some very old cheddar with it and it balanced out. Turned out to be a very pleasant beer as long as I drank it with bites of cheese. Up next is the Lapsang D'Automne. Going to pair this one with sheppards pie. I think I will save the others for the next meeting I can attend.

Re: What's everyone drinking?
Napa Smith Hopageddon. It's a good IIPA but not balanced I'm my opinion and for all the dry hops it has nothing on the nose. Must be an old bottle.

Disney has changed over the past few years. Last time there, I had a different and new to me beer each day.Steeveo wrote:Woody's going through a lot of different beer for a guy who took his kids to Disney

Re: What's everyone drinking?
That's what I'm aiming for as well. Trying something new each day. The beer on tap seems to be the macro breweries or lighter styles. I'm still OK with bottled options.

Re: What's everyone drinking?
Having my American stout. At 3% roasted barley, 5% chocolate and 9% brown malt - actually a pretty smooth roasted character.
