Drinking my Chinook IPA out of the keg. First time kegging a batch. I must have a horse shoe up my ass because I got impatient and decided to force carb at 30psi for a day and it came out perfect. :spilly:

We just poured out a whole growler of Railcar Brewing's Session IPA after choking down their Celtic Red... has anyone else tried their beers? I'm hoping this isn't representative of all of their products. The SIPA tasted like old yeast, no body and the colour was really weird - straw yellow and hazy. Pretty disappointing, since my wife's family is from the area and we were looking forward to trying it out.

Trying Hopcity's Hopbot IPA. Wasn't sure what to expect but I'm really enjoying it.

In Tokyo. Having Grand Kirin Galaxy Hop session IPA, better than I expected. Body, particularly is great, doesn't taste thin like most sessions. Unfortunately a bit of skunk aroma, came in greenish bottle
