We mowed through a keg of Young Bull Pale Ale at our Fantasy Hockey League end of year party last night. Our bartender worked hard! Beer is a light cream ale, suitable for mass consumption, unlike the 6.8% beast of an IPA I took with me last year that left the younger folk a little incapacitated once the actual meeting started up.

Nothing much happening right now but drinking a light beer of un-named origin ( for fear of people :barf2: lol ) but a huge thanks to Chalmers for the birthday gift of a Cantillon Kriek which will be appreciated and savored next week, that he gave me yesterday.

Plus all you can eat mussels for $12 that were excellent quality.

That beer will be a wakeup call. At least it should be, whether or not the message gets through....

I thought it was great compared to most local IPA but paled after having a few pints of bad apple ipa

I wouldn't say paled against BA. I could drink either all night.
